A special place in the development of a child's personality is occupied by art, which is able to develop a sense of beauty, form high aesthetic tastes, the ability to understand and appreciate works of art, historical and architectural monuments, the beauty and richness of nature. Visual arts classes act as an effective means of developing creative imagination and visual memory, spatial representations, artistic abilities, visual skills, volitional properties, personality traits of the child, his individuality. Visual arts are the most important means of moral and aesthetic education of children, therefore this program is relevant.
It is necessary to help the child discover the artist in himself, to develop the abilities that will help him become a personality, and a creative personality is the property of the whole society.
The program is aimed at familiarizing children with knowledge about the types and genres of fine art, about the rules of depicting objects (objects) of the surrounding world from nature and from memory, about the basics of color science, about formal composition, about ways of working with various artistic materials in different techniques.
