The capabilities of the MAX platform using the example of the MFC chatbot

Two new chatbots have appeared in the Russian messenger MAX in St. Petersburg - Gosuslugi St. Petersburg and MFC St. Petersburg. They were launched by the Committee on Informatization and Communications to make it easier and more convenient for residents to receive public services.

Chatbots are designed to make obtaining public services as easy and secure as possible, and their functions will be developed based on user feedback.

What kind of help will chatbots provide?

Gosuslugi Saint Petersburg chatbot (max.ru/spb_gosuslugi_bot ) helps you navigate the city's digital services. He answers popular questions, suggests how to contact agencies, and gives specific instructions. For example, for couples who are planning a marriage, the bot will explain the procedure for registering and replacing documents. Parents with many children will be able to learn about their benefits and immediately proceed to their registration.

MFC Saint Petersburg Chatbot (max.ru/spb_mfc_bot ) allows you to find the nearest "My Documents" branch, make an appointment, or cancel an appointment. You can also use it to check the status of your application by sending the document number and leave feedback on the quality of service at the MFC.

Both chatbots have been tested by the MAX platform and are marked with a special security badge. To start using them, just find them by name in the messenger search.

The launch of these services is part of St. Petersburg's digitalization strategy, designed to make public services more accessible and modern.
